Pockets Theatre is launching new regular SCRATCH nights in Leeds city centre. The aim of these evenings is to give a platform for young and emerging artists in the city to share their work, ideas in development, and to network.

Our first SCRATCH event will take place at Bah'tap in Leeds on the 9th November.

Pockets is reforming as a Community Interest Company, these events are pay as you feel for audiences attending with profits going toward our work with communities.

Send us a brief email telling us:

- About your art

- A bit about yourself

- What you would like to share

Feel free to include any photos, videos, or links to previous work.

We have four 20 minute slots available. You must be between 18 and 25, and living in Leeds. We're looking for work that can be performed in a small space (poetry, spoken word, readings of scripts, acoustic music etc).

The deadline for applications is the 26th of October, we will make selections quickly and let you know!

This opportunity is unpaid, but we are able to cover travel expenses if required.
